I recently stayed at Marbella Hotel, and while the location is stunning. right on the white sand beach, I encountered numerous issues that really overshadowed the experience. The check-in process was painfully slow, and I found the facilities in need of serious maintenance. it was disappointing, to say the least.

Our room had several problems. the air conditioning was broken at first, and after calling for maintenance, it was fixed quickly, but other issues persisted like a slow-draining bathtub and peeling walls, which is not something I expected from a hotel.

The furniture was dusty and very outdated, making for a rather uncomfortable experience.
